I believe we are all trying our best based on our experiences and beliefs. We all develop patterns to sustain and survive and, at some point, those ways of survival stop being effective. Whether it is perfectionism, procrastination, dissociation, anger, anxiety, or an inner critic. These survival strategies can begin to plague us in our lives. When this happens, it is an invitation for growth, change, and a new opportunity to thrive.
I work with individuals and couples, adolescents (Age 13+) and adults. I work with all kinds of Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Perfectionism, struggles from growing up with Narcissistic Parents, and those who want to expand Possibilities and Vision for life.
I specialize in Trauma and am certified as an Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist, often weaving in other trauma healing modalities. I am also trained in Interpersonal Process, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and Ego State Therapy.
Therapy is a joint process in which you realize the wisdom inside of you assists in your process of becoming more conscious to live your life to the fullest. I believe in empowering individuals to reach higher and reach their inner potential.
I counsel adults and adolescents who are interested in individual, couples, and/or group therapy. I work with clients who want more fulfilling, satisfying relationships, to reduce symptoms, and to work through past patterns that are getting in their way of feeling fulfilled.
I believe that as individuals we act the way we do because of what we have learned, beliefs we have adopted, and/or experiences we have been through. Once we become aware of the patterns we create in our lives, we can then decide to change situations that we are not satisfied with. In order to heal, I believe it is important to empower individuals to tell their stories while feeling every emotion, without judgment.

As a Certified EMDR clinician, I specialize in using this powerful therapeutic approach to help clients process and heal from trauma. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences.
EMDR therapy shows that the mind can heal from psychological trauma much as the body recovers from physical trauma. Using detailed protocols and procedures, I help clients activate their natural healing processes to resolve unprocessed traumatic memories.
I also specialize in applying EMDR techniques to help athletes overcome performance anxiety, sports-related trauma, and mental blocks. This approach can help athletes build resilience, enhance focus, and achieve peak performance by addressing both past experiences and current challenges.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) combines the therapeutic effects of ketamine with psychotherapy to create a powerful approach for treating various mental health conditions. This innovative treatment can help patients who haven't found relief through traditional therapies.
During KAP sessions, ketamine is administered in a controlled and safe environment, creating an opportunity for deep psychological work. The medicine helps reduce defense mechanisms and allows access to thoughts, feelings, and memories that might otherwise be difficult to process.
As your therapist, I provide guidance before, during, and after the ketamine experience, helping you integrate insights and healing into your everyday life. This process can lead to significant breakthroughs and lasting positive changes in a relatively short time compared to traditional therapy alone.
As a therapist who works with athletes, I understand the unique pressures and challenges that come with competitive sports. My approach combines EMDR techniques with specialized sports psychology to help athletes overcome mental barriers and achieve their full potential.
Overcome competition nerves and perform at your best when it matters most.
Address the psychological aspects of injury recovery and return to sport with confidence.
Develop resilience, focus, and the mental strength needed for peak performance.
